Lysa joined NBTY Europe in July 2012 as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to this she was interim Chief Marketing Officer at the RAC where she built a new marketing team and structure to bring the brand back to life, following the purchase of the business by The Carlyle Group from Aviva. Lysa oversaw the separation of the commercial activity from Aviva, development of new e-commerce capability, and put together a new integrated full mix marketing plan whilst conducting a complete creative review.
